We give you direct access to the technician or a toll-free number to place a repair order.  Our schedule is your schedule.  Based on availability, we offer same day, next day, after-hours, weekend (other than Sunday), and even holiday service at no additional charge.



GI Preventive Maintenance Service

Like any investment, your computer needs periodic care.  When was the last time your PC had a check-up or cleaning?  If it's been more than 3 months, then it's time to schedule a PM (Preventive Maintenance) visit from MyTechnicalFolks at GI.

Our Rates & Service Agreements

 

GI  is committed to providing you with the best quality service, within your budget.  We are excited to announce our Standard Service, and also our money-saving Support & Maintenance Agreements that give you critical service when you need it most. Our Service Agreement offerings not only feature discounted labor rates, and no travel costs, they also provide carefully planned services to help increase productivity and minimize down time. Unless otherwise indicated, all fees are per each site location.

 

 

Standard Time & Material Service

 

Our Standard Service is designed for homes, home/small-businesses, or medium/large businesses that require ad-hoc technical support and maintenance.  Although our other service agreement offerings have the added benefit of guaranteed same-day/next-day response (weather-permitting), our Standard Service offering provides service on an availability best-try basis and the following:
 
• Labor rate from $100/hour to $150/hour per call, plus a $25 travel fee

 


Silver Service Agreement

 

Our Silver Service Agreement is designed for homes, home/small-businesses, or medium/large businesses that require minimal technical support and minimal scheduled monthly maintenance to ensure overall computer reliability with data integrity and hardware efficiency. If your needs are non-critical, but you want the comfort of being able to schedule service when you need it, the Silver Service Agreement may be what you need. Our Silver Service Agreement offers excellent service and the following:

  • A low-cost automatic recurring monthly service fee of $100 (1 year commitment required)
  • A reduced on-site labor rate of $50/hour to $100/hour
  • No Travel Costs
  • At-Cost pricing on all needed Hardware and Software
  • 4 hours or 4 incidents of any combination of these services:
                 Consulting Support by Telephone
                 Remote Support (Requires customer-supplied remote access capability) 
                 Anti-Virus Software Definitions Updates
  • Free annual inspection and cleaning of 1 printer and 1 PC

 

Gold Service Agreement
 
Our Gold Service Agreement is designed for homes, home/small-businesses, or medium/large businesses that require some technical support and some scheduled monthly maintenance to ensure overall computer reliability with data integrity and hardware efficiency. If your needs are less stringent, the Silver Service Agreement may be what you are looking for. With Gold Service Agreement, you will receive:

  • A modest automatic recurring monthly service fee of $250 (1 year commitment required)
  • A reduced on-site labor rate of $25/hour to $75/hour
  • No Travel Costs
  • At-Cost pricing on all needed Hardware and Software
  • 8 hours or 8 incidents of any combination of these services:
                 Consulting Support by Telephone
                 Remote Support (Requires customer-supplied remote access capability) 
                 Anti-Virus Software Definitions Updates
  • Free bi-annual inspection and cleaning of 1 printer and 1 PC


Platinum Service Agreement
 
Our Platinum Service Agreement is designed for homes, home-businesses, or small businesses that require a fair amount of technical support and scheduled monthly maintenance to ensure overall computer reliability with data integrity and hardware efficiency. With discounted labor rates, no travel costs, and direct unlimited phone and remote support, the Platinum Service Agreement provides all of the following benefits:

  • An affordable automatic recurring monthly service fee of $500 (1 year commitment required)
  • A reduced on-site labor rate of $15/hour to $50/hour
  • No Travel Costs
  • At-Cost pricing on all needed Hardware and Software
  • 20 hours or 20 incidents of any combination of these services:
                 Consulting Support by Telephone
                 Remote Support (Requires customer-supplied remote access capability) 
                 Anti-Virus Software Definitions Updates
    Free monthly/quarterly inspection and cleaning of 1 printer and 1 PC

Selecting the Best Value For You

 

By identifying your support pattern needs, you can select a service plan that yields the best value for you.  Use the following as a general guideline:

  • 1-2 onsite service call planned every few months - Standard Service is the best value
  • 3-5 onsite service calls planned per month - Silver Service is the best value
  • 6-9 onsite service calls planned per month - Gold Service is the best value
  • 10+ onsite service calls planned per month - Platinum Service is the best value
