Our
Standard Service is designed for homes, home/small-businesses, or
medium/large businesses that require ad-hoc technical support
and maintenance. Although our other service agreement
offerings have the added benefit of guaranteed same-day/next-day
response (weather-permitting), our Standard Service offering
provides service on an availability best-try basis and the
following: • Labor rate from $100/hour to $150/hour per
call, plus a $25 travel fee
Silver
Service Agreement
Our Silver Service
Agreement is designed for homes, home/small-businesses, or
medium/large businesses that require minimal technical support
and minimal scheduled monthly maintenance to ensure overall computer
reliability with data integrity and hardware efficiency. If your
needs are non-critical, but you want the comfort of being able to
schedule service when you need it, the Silver Service Agreement may
be what you need. Our Silver Service Agreement offers excellent
service and the following:
